Living

Italy thus far has been a whirlwind, it almost feels real and is already going by so quickly. The food is great, I am walking a lot and overall just enjoying getting to know the city. I have definitely gotten lost a few times, but it just means I find a new bit of the city on that walk.

The search for an apartment has began, I have a few prospects through various websites, now I just need responses and I also have to make sure the prospects understand that I am a female. One prospect responded stating that the apartment was only for females and she was sorry. It is rather interesting being a country where your female name in other countries is a male one here.

Meetings this morning at school, then attempts at calling more apartment owners. Wish me luck!
