So I may be jumping the gun a bit posting this since I haven't actually moved in yet, but I found an apartment today! I have it set up to move tomorrow morning.
I will be living in an apartment with two other people. I have a room to myself, furnished with the necessities of a big bed, a desk and a closet. I will add a few furnishings myself to make it more homely, but that will come after I move in and transfer my suitcases. It is 2 km from campus, about 1.2 miles...a short hike or a quick bike ride. Once I move everything and make my payments I am going to search for a bicycle to make the trip to class a bit quicker. The grocery store is right around the corner, very convenient and there is a bus stop there too.
I will post pictures once I have moved and settled in.
