My first night in the apartment was nice minus the heat. I am looking forward to some autumn weather. It is interesting though, the trees have already started changing and some have lost their leaves.
I visited Ikea yesterday and did a bit of shopping; had a lot to carry back and still more shopping to come. My list keeps getting longer and longer for items I need like a bath robe, a small nightstand, a blanket (for winter), a jar for my pencils and pens, a toothbrush holder and of course, wall decorations. Somehow I was out all day today and only managed to mark one item off my list, a fan, and it was a very expensive fan at that.
I visited the grocery store this morning...so many choices on the shelves, I am looking forward to trying a lot of the new items. Prices are very reasonable, I bought a whole container, about 25, of delicious plums for 2,50 euro.
At this point I am just exhausted. So much walking and so many errands to run. I believe I shall call it a night and stay in for the evening. Tomorrow I will maybe look for a bicycle, helmet and lock to make my trip to school a bit shorter.
